Privacy
Spendaway does not collect data about you. This page explains what the app does with the information you enter.
What we do not have
There is no account. We do not run a server that holds your trips. The app has no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
Where your trips live
Your trips and expenses stay on your iPhone. If iCloud is on, they are also stored in your own private iCloud, which only you can open. We cannot see them.
Exchange rates
The app downloads exchange rates from our server as one shared file. The same file is available to everyone. Nothing about you or your trips is sent with the request.
Receipt photos
Receipts are read on the device. The camera is used when you choose to scan a receipt.
Backups
You can save a backup of your trips to a file and restore it later. The file stays where you save it.
